Cancellation policy

Whistler Singletrack offers two types of services: Private rides and Group lessons, both have slightly different cancellation terms.

 PRIVATE RIDES.

We understand that sometimes unexpected can occur, needing schedule adjustments. If you cancel a Private Ride at least 48 hours before the start of the activity you can get a full refund (25CAD cancellation fee applies) or you can reschedule the ride at no cost. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours prior the start of the ride there is a cancellation cost of 40% per hour booked or you can reschedule the ride at no cost. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice there will be no refund but you can reschedule the ride (depending on availability) at no cost. There will not be a refund in no call no show situations and rescheduling the activity might not be possible .

 GROUP LESSONS.

Group lessons include courses, kids programs and women’s clinics. Group lessons have limited capacity and therefore we request that you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled activity. This will allow us to offer your spot to another student. If you cancel a group lesson 7+ days before the start of the activity you can get a refund (a fixed 35CAD cancellation fee applies per participant) or you can reschedule the camp at no cost depending on availability. If you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours prior the start of the lesson there is a cancellation cost of 40%CAD of the total or you can reschedule the lesson depending on availability. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice there will be no refund, you can reschedule depending on availability. There will not be a refund in no call no show situations and rescheduling the activity might not be possible.

Group lessons need a minimum of two riders to run. We will notify you with at least 5 days in advance in the event that there aren’t enough participants. At that point you can decide whether to wait for someone else to sign up or get a full refund.

PROMOTIONS.

Discounts cannot be combined. If you get a discount with the prospect of bringing 3+ riders to a group and some participants end up cancelling making the group smaller than 3 that will affect the original price and you will be asked to pay the full amount.
