Clinic structure
- Day 1. Intro to mtb. Body position, braking and shifting.
- Day 2. Intro to cornering. Body position, scanning and braking.
- Day 3. Intro to steeps. Body position and braking.
- Day 4. Review and consolidation of previous days.
Green skills clinic is a 4-week program, it runs every month from May to September. During these sessions riders will review and develop the basic mountain bike skills required to master green terrain. Riders will also learn new useful tactics that will allow riding green and easy blue trails with confidence.
This clinic is for novice riders, participants must have some experience on green trails. Please read the Level Descriptions to ensure you sign up for the right program.

– First day meeting at the picnic tables by the skatepark next to parking lot 3. Click here for details.
– This clinic runs on Thursdays 4pm-6.30pm or Friday 10am-12.30pm. Total of 10 hours of coaching.
– Ride plans are based on the group and trail conditions. We do not ride in the Bike Park.Â
– Max 5 riders per group, we need 2+ participants to run the clinic.
– Please read the Level Descriptions and sign up for a program accordingly.
– Be comfortable exercising outside for long periods of time and under different weather conditions.Â
– Sign the waiver and fill the emergency contact form before the start of day 1.
– Check our Terms of Service and Cancellation policy.

– Mountain bike in good working condition.
– Helmet in good shape and that fits well.
– Knee pads mandatory, gloves highly recommended, elbow pads recommended.
– Enough food and water for the ride.
– A tube that fits your tires.
– Depending on weather, sun screen.Â
– Appropriate attire and shoes for mountain biking and weather conditions.
– A back pack to carry your gear and supplies.
